Metz Culinary Management — a privately-owned, family-driven company based in Pennsylvania — recently took over the SMC kitchen.
Led by Interim General Manager Kevin Long, Metz’ mission is to collaborate with partners to deliver restaurant-inspired hospitality to each and every guest.
Since their arrival, they have hosted a brunch for the physicians and free lunch for all employees.
“We’re happy to be here at SMC and are planning some exciting menus and specials that we hope everyone will enjoy,” said Long. “Special menus, guest chefs and fun events will enhance our freshly made home-style meals.”

Cafeteria hours are 7 to 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
