NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Division of Law Deputy Director/Assistant Attorney General Kavin K. Mistry, on behalf of the Attorney General of New Jersey, and a Representative of the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Health, will conduct a joint Public Hearing on the proposed acquisition of Salem County Hospital Corp., dba Salem Medical Center, a New Jersey nonprofit corporation and related assets by Inspira Health Network, Inc., a New Jersey nonprofit corporation in accordance with the Community Health Care Assets Protection Act, N.J.S.A. 26:2H-7.10, et seq.
A Public Hearing will be held on August 10, 2022 at the following location:
Salem Community College
460 Hollywood Ave, Carneys Point, NJ 08069
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
(or close of testimony, whichever is later)

Public Comment Solicited: Members of the public are invited to file written comments and exhibits or appear at the hearing in-person or remotely (see link below for remote access instructions) and speak. Members of the public wanting to submit written comments or other materials may provide them to representatives of the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety or the New Jersey Department of Health at the hearing or may send them any time before the time of the hearing or until the close of the record on August 16, 2022 by mail or email to:
